This classic cool-climate Syrah is meaty, with smoked bacon, white pepper, ripe plum and blueberry flavors. It is balanced with a backbone of warm vanilla oak and cedar, and has a full-bodied, creamy texture. It finishes with a long, ripe tannin aftertaste.
