Aroma: Raspberries, black currant, rhubarb, sandalwood, clove and black pepper. On the Palate: Dark pit fruit (plum, cherry) flavors predominate, with notes of fresh ginger, black tea, iris root and citrus oils.
Pair with: Easy to pair with almost anything except chocolate. Especially wonderful with duck, salmon and lamb.
Enjoyable now, this wine has the low alcohol and well balanced acidity
and tannin to age extremely well.
