Intense fragrances of ripe clove, cedar and plum lead to flavors of clove, ripe cherry and sweet oak. A good backbone means this one will
age very well.

Enjoyed with a Chicken Tenderloin and Black Pepper Sauce from a very good local Chinese restaurant. The fruit literally jumped through the spiciness of the dish and even helped to bring out some of the flavors of the dish which tend to be masked somewhat by the peppery spiciness. 19-points
