Intense fragrances of ripe clove, cedar and plum lead to flavors of clove, ripe cherry and sweet oak. A good backbone means this one will
age very well.

Silver Medal, San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition
Silver Medal, Central Coast Wine Competition.

The fruit is all estate grown from Buttonwood in Santa Barbara County’s Santa Ynez Valley.

Perfect with hamburgers to tri-tip, lentil stew, herbed polenta and much more! Enjoy now or hold 7-10 years.

Enjoyed with a Chicken Tenderloin and Black Pepper Sauce from a very good local Chinese restaurant.  The fruit literally jumped through the spiciness of the dish and even helped to bring out some of the flavors of the dish which tend to be masked somewhat by the peppery spiciness.            19-points

I can't recall when I've ever been as excited about a wine opportunity as I am about The Aged Cabernet Series. ~ Robin Garr, WineLoversPage.com
