Aromas: On the nose, fragrances of dried herbs and French oak merge with classic Cabernet Sauvignon aromas. The texture is soft and round, but intense. Rich fruit flavors lead to a finish of dense chocolate, vanilla and complex layers of fruit and oak. This is a terrific choice with pasta dishes, hearty meat stews and bittersweet chocolate torte.
