Springboard has complex aromas of earthy blackberry, violet and cherry, with a hint of herb in the background. It’s supple on the palate, with chocolate and berry flavors, and integrated tannin. 34% Merlot, 31% Petit Verdot, 31% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% Cabernet Franc.

It finishes with a bare touch of trim tannin, but it is structured for keeping and will improve for a few years.”
