This is a wine with intense red color and violet insinuations. On the nose it show interesting hints of fruit like blackberry and cherry, as well as spices and a pleasant toasted touch; the product of oak aging. In the mouth it translates into a fine red wine with great balance and good finish.

This wine is terrific with tuna casserole, salmon, whitefish, BBQ ribs, pork, leg of lamb with blueberry sauce or mint. It will even go well with cranberries and turkey!
Decant at least 45 minutes and serve around 62°F. Enjoy now or hold up to 10 years.
