Century Oak’s 2006 Chardonnay is golden in color and filled with melon and apple aromas. Good characters on the nose, it is great for pairing with lighter foods and fish. The fresh crisp taste leaves a hint of pear on the palate and finishes long and smooth.
Just in time for summer, this refreshing white was only partially fermented in American and French oak so only a slight hint of oak is apparent, giving way to a burst of mouth-filling tropical fruit.
This wine was made especially for the winery, it was not submitted for reviews or competitions.
Just 530 cases were made. Drink now or hold up to 1 year.
