A wonderfully rich, and complex nose of black currants, eucalyptus and anise. Flavors of dark fruit and clove up front are followed by layers of toasted hazel-nut, ripe berries and dark chocolate. The finish is smooth and velvety with well-balanced tannins and tones of tobacco and vanilla.
