The color is a mild brick red hue...bouquet consists of exotic dry spices, coffee, cocoa and toasted oak. The palate is still lively with bright acid and dried red fruit flavors. The tannins have integrated and contribute to the vibrant mouthfeel this wine still possesses.
Food pairing: Meats and fish, game, filet mignon, roasted meats, beef stew, rack of lamb, swordfish and tuna. Or, uncork with cheese and nuts, cheddar and all aged cheeses, Camembert or toasted cashews.
