This dry white wine from the Fariña family showcases fresh fruit-forward fragrances. Its flavors mirror green apples, mineral notes and summer peaches.
Various vineyards with vines up to 100 years old in the Toro D.O. supplied the grapes. Following a 12-hour cold-soak, fruit was fermented in stainless steel tanks at 59-64° F, where it remained until bottling.
