Pale gold color; beautiful floral aromatics highlight apricot, citrus oil and honey with a chamomile, spearmint edge. Gently elegant palate with ripe peach and nectarine offset by clove and honeyed lemon notes. Gains richness with aeration, but has enough buffering acidity to maintain focus and length.

91 points, Connoisseurs' Guide (5/11): “DuMOL’s latest Viognier is yet another highly ripened and richly stuffed take on the grape, and, as is the case with its year-older sibling, it is simply brimming with apples, ripe peaches and very sweet oak. It is a mouthfilling wine, but is also a well-balanced one, and its considerable viscosity is underlain by fine, firming acids that provide plenty of spark. Viognier is not always a wine that ages well, but this is the uncommon offering that has real room for growth.”
