Shaped by cooling breezes that slow ripening and lengthen the growing season, Rector Creek consistently produces an exceptionally elegant expression of Cabernet Sauvignon highlighting integrated tannins and dark red fruit flavors. This wine begins with aromas of raspberry, red licorice, black currant jelly, cedar, clove and cocoa, before revealing flavors of blueberry, cherry cola and vanilla. On the palate, the texture is fleshy and mouth-filling and the smooth tannins are framed by rich, plush oak.
