This is a dense, rich, full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is plush and juicy with flavors of blackberries, truffles, black plums, toasted coconut, raspberry jam and cocoa. The power always present in our Ehlers Cabernet is polished to a sheen with the addition of 9% Cabernet Franc and 3% Merlot, while a final dash of 3% Petit Verdot contributes a hint of blueberry and nutmeg to this Bordeaux-style blend.
This wine is not sold to the general public and therefore is not sent out for awards or for review.
Serve this luscious red with roast beef, venison, buffalo stew and other hearty fare.
