A fruit foward Chardonnay with a crisp bite of apple, a juicy ripe pineapple and a texture as smooth as a tropical samba…this Chardonnay delivers the goods in the glass, and a kiss of oak, too.

For a more traditional, crisp Chardonnay, Elkhorn fermented half the the fruit in stainless steel tanks and the other half in mild oak.  The wine was then put into seasoned American oak barrels for 11 months on the lees.
