Aromas: Black cherry, red plum, Herbs de Provence, blackberry compote, smoked meats, aged tobacco, baking spices and vanilla. Blackberry, blueberry, dark chocolate, plum, nutmeg, vanilla, fennel and smoke on the palate, wrapped in firm tannins. This wine has a lush mouthfeel, fine structure and a long, fresh finish. Pair with: Heartier dishes such as a roast or herbed leg of lamb.
