The final blend was 91% Pinot Noir and 9% Napa Valley Gamay “for a bit of color and intensity".
Grilled salmon with a side of asparagus is great with this wine. This Pinot Noir is ready to enjoy now but will continue to age nicely for the next three to five years.
This wine was recently featured in The California Wine Club's wine of the month club.
