On the nose there are apricot and stone fruit aromas leading to rich pear and honey flavors and a refreshing, spicy finish. It’s the perfect white wine companion to our Zinfandel selection. This Viognier is terrific on its own or paired with Niçoise salad, roast chicken and potatoes or baked red snapper.

This wine was not entered into competitions or sent in for review as it represents very limited production.

Just 900 cases were made. Drink now or hold up to five years.
