Fragrances of bright citrus and pear announce this refreshing white and lead to flavors of lemon-lime and a touch of mineral. The finish is crisp, vibrant and smooth.
This is the premier Pinot Grigio from Gnekow Family Winery. It was not entered into competitions or for review.
Any seafood (raw, sautéed, grilled or with cream or butter) is a great pairing as are salads, brie cheese and Cris’ favorite, guacamole and chips. Or, enjoy all by itself!
This wine was recently featured in The California Wine Club's wine of the month club.

Good white wine. This is the first white wine that I enjoyed. Normally I drink red because I can't find a good white until now.

If this is their first Pinot Grigio. I would be looking forward to the next. Fresh and very dry. most reshreshing.

I ordered on the recommendation of the kind lady on the phone, since it was a new arrival, paired it with a simple, yet elegant copper river salmon recipie, herbed avocados and brocolli. It was a hit! Other more expensive wines were shared, but none received the raves as this one. I ordered another case immediately. You will not be disappointed....
