Aged: 10 Years
2004 was a particularly good year in Napa Valley, which made wines of elegance and ripeness. The color of the wine still looks youthful and should age well for another 10 to 15 years. Wild red flowers, sagebrush, coffee bean, plum and black currant fill the nose.

Food Pairing: The palate is rich and round…a perfect pairing for beef bourgignon.
