The blend of 83% Cabernet Franc and 17% Cabernet Sauvignon was bottled unfined and unfiltered.
92 points, Wine Enthusiast (July 1, 2012): “Cabernet Franc is a difficult variety on its own, but Jarvis does an excellent job. This is still quite tannic, with a hard, astringent mouthfeel to the cherry, blackberry and dark-chocolate flavors.”
This wine drinks nicely now and really hit its stride around 2016.
