Ripe, balanced and delicious. The golden hue hints to the rich texture of this brilliant wine. The nose is filled with the aromas of walking through the harvest of an old orchard in the upper Rhein.  Flavors of tree-ripened apples marry well with luscious pear fruit.

The density of the nose is matched sense for sense with the richness of palate.  Honey-drizzled pear crisp flavors enhance the notes of botrytis apricot, while the full-bodied structure is balanced perfectly with a hint of residual sugar and a playful brightness on the tongue. The finish is all sweet fig and ever-present pear of classic Riesling.
