Although big and extracted, this Syrah is unusually soft, very supple and balanced. Bright, refined dark fruit flavors combine with a dusty, flinty, anise and tobacco earthiness to create a richly textured mouth feel. This food-friendly wine and a crown roast or lamb chops—absolute sumptuousness!

Just 170 cases made. This wine has three years in the bottle, and will be at it's peak for the next two to three years.
