This 100% Sauvignon Blanc begins with notes of mint and ivy. Flavors of guava and ripe fruit with crisp acidity follow.
87 points, Wine Spectator (Dec. 31, 2011): “Very fresh, with tasty chamomile, straw and gooseberry notes and a pure, unadorned finish.”
Oysters, prawns and goat cheese are great matches.
Serve at approximately 45°F. You’ll come close to this mark if you take it out of the refrigerator a half-hour before serving.
