Aged: 13 Years

This wine shows its elegance with age. It opens with a hint of pipe tobacco, anise and baked blackberry before the palate reveals notes of dried cherries and olive. Round, silky tannins leave a desirable lingering chalky finish. As the complexity of the wine builds in the glass, aromatics of the French oak arise with traces of vanillin and toasty caramel. We suggest decanting for an optimal drinking experience.
