Citrus, green apple and light floral aromas with hints of minerals and oak announce this tasty white wine. The fragrances are mirrored on the palate of this easy drinking varietal. Cortese is somewhat unique among white wines in that it ages very well and holds up very well when open for longer periods of time.
The final blend was 75% Cortese, 13% Viognier and 12% Riesling.

It is a great match with most any seafood dish and goes nicely with white sauce pastas, chicken and pork.
