Tastes more like a Pinot Noir but a great wine for the price!

The color is gorgeous clear, red rudy. I can't say enough about the color, but when i wine an Oscar, I want my dress to be this color! The nose was interesting. I couldnt put my finger on it until I read the newsletter description. BEETS! Yea, I could definitely smell beets. The taste was very pepper. I wish I had the suggested food pairings. This wine would be excellent with venison and I don't even like venison, but I bet it would taste really good with this wine as an accoompaniment. The finish was GREAT. Really opens up on the palate and stays just long enough to make you crave more.

Had this with our spagetti & meat balls and it fit well, smooth and not to dry. Had a pumkin face sugar cookie after dinner and it was delightful.

I have a dream of riding through those beautiful organic vineyards, a glass of wine to toast the Thornhill Family's dream. Come true, a great wine, carbon neutrality, 100% green power, sustainable viticulture, water reduction, recycling, etc.
