From its beautiful dark ruby color to its lingering finish, this Peju Cabernet delivers everything you would expect from Napa’s world famous Rutherford appellation. Smoke, cedar and Bing cherries fill the nose, while black currant, plum and a hint of vanilla bean dominate the palate. The complex finish gives a long, goodbye kiss.

94 points, Wine Enthusiast: “A very good wine, rich and softly drinkable now, with voluptuous tannins. It’s extraordinarily ripe in blackberries, black cherries, anise, chocolate, spices and cedar…quite opulent and will develop for a decade.”

Gold Medal, National Women’s Wine Competition, 2010.

This beauty will go well with flavorful fare such as venison, barbecued duck and roast lamb. Cellar this wine 8-10 years.

This wine was recently featured in The California Wine Club's wine of the month club.
