The color of the wine has cherry and raspberry hues, with shades of purple. There are aromas of raspberry and blackberry preserves and ripe cherry, which are accented by notes of crème brulee, cedar and dried fruits. The wine has a sweet fore-palate, which is followed by a full mid-palate. It shows suppleness and displays flavors of strawberry and raspberry jam, chocolate and anise. This Zinfandel has a very silky finish that is lingering and lengthy, and is complimented by dark chocolate undertones. 100% Estate grown fruit, 100% Zinfandel.
