Wild cherry, laurel, juniper and elegant spices are prelude to similar flavors in this harmonious red wine. It plays a duet of balance and finesse.
As grapes arrived at the winery, quality control teams inspected each bin to make sure only the perfect, ripe fruit went through gentle crushing. After several days fermentation, the wine was put into French oak barrels to age for two years.
The Zwiegelt grape is the most widely grown grape in Austria and is a cross between the Blaufränkisch grape and the St. Laurent grape.
