HERE’S HOW TO ENTER:  No purchase necessary.  Void where prohibited.  This giveaway begins at 12:01 a.m., Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on March 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m., PST on May 31^st, 2008.  To enter, visit www.cawineclub.com, fill in the required information on the Official Entry Form, and submit the form as directed.  Entrants will be required to provide complete name, home address, telephone number, date of birth, and e-mail address.  Limit one entry per person, household, or e-mail address.  Multiple or duplicate entries may be disqualified.  Entries are the property of Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned.  ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE GIVEAWAY CLOSING DATE: 11:59:59 p.m. PST on May 31, 2008. 

4. WINNER SELECTION:  Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received.  The random drawing will be conducted on or about June 15th, 2008 by Sponsors.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.  Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and and by the decision of the judges, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the Giveaway.  If the winner does not respond within 5 business days of attempted notification, an alternate winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries. 

5. PRIZE: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE:  The grand prize winner will win a 2 night stay for two in one of South Coast’s villas, a full day's use of garden whirlpools, steam rooms, saunas, and yoga studio at the GrapeSeed Spa, complimentary wine tasting privileges for two!   Approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $528, depending on actual final value of the prize.  Winner must reserve a night during the week (Monday through Thursday) by December 31, 2008.  Reservations are subject to black out dates and based upon availability.  Prize cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.  Winner will be responsible for any personal liability coverage and/or insurance.  Meals, gratuities, travel upgrades, parking, personal incidentals and other expenses are the winners’ responsibility.  Income and other taxes are the sole responsibility of winner.  No substitution, assignment, redemption for cash, or transfer of prize permitted except that Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.  Winner’s travel companion must be at least 21 years of age at the time of travel.  Winner must supply the Sponsors with his/her social security number for tax purposes. 

6. CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASES:  Eligibility, age and claim by Prize Winners are subject to verification.  Winners’ Guest must also meet eligibility requirements in rules paragraph #2 and #6.  Winners will be notified by phone or mail.  Sponsors is not responsible for fraudulent calls or E-mails made to entrants not by Sponsors.  Potential Prize Winners and their guest must sign before a notary public and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Prize Acceptance/Liability and (where legally permissible) a publicity Release Form. Release forms must be returned with 15 business days of receipt.  Non-compliance with any of these Official Rules may result in disqualification and the prize will be awarded to alternate Prize Winners in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.  If winner notification is returned as undeliverable, winner is ineligible, winner is unable to travel on dates specified by Sponsors, or winner declines a prize, the prize may be forfeited and alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.

INTERNET:  If for any reason this giveaway is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this giveaway, the Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway.  The Sponsors assume no responsibility for any error, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.  The Sponsors are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Sponsors due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participating in the Giveaway or downloading any materials in this Giveaway.  In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of any entry based on an e-mail address, the entry will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry.

GENERAL:  By entering this giveaway and/or accepting prizes, entrants: 1) agree to be bound by these rules: 2) agree to release Sponsors, and all related entities from all liability, claims, actions, or proceedings relating to the Giveaway and from injuries or damages relating to acceptance or use of the prizes; 3) agree to share customer information contained in their entry with Sponsors; and 4) consent to the use of their names, voices, pictures and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
