This is a lighter-bodied Sangiovese with an Old-World character that won't clash with the cranberries.
Fragrances of bright cherry, raspberry and currant are accentuated by hints of pepper, spice and vanilla on the palate. Lovely texture and a long finish.
This wine has no awards to date. The 2010 vintage won five Silver Medals.
Final Blend: 75% Sangiovese and 25% Primitivo
Enjoy now or hold up to 8 years.
This wine was recently featured in The California Wine Club's wine of the month club.

This was a good wine to drink while watching Bill Maher and eating cheese, nuts and whole grain crackers. I really enjoyed this wine.
