Aged: 9 Years
This wine has aged beautifully with the full tannins getting softer without losing any structure. Great with a big steak or even after dinner with chocolate.
92 points, “A Cellar Selection” Wine Enthusiast (February 1, 2009): “From a vineyard below Atlas Peak, this Cab shares the character of that mountain’s reds. It’s bone dry with sage-tinged flavors of black currants and cedar. Shows a structural integrity that’s increasingly rare in Napa, and suggests aging, Best after 2011. Decant before then.”
