Imagine it.   A beautiful sunny day, the birds are tweeting, the bees are buzzing, you're with terrific companions and a great bottle of wine has been opened.  And what's happened?  Cheese has dripped off the plate and right onto your shoes. We'll this happened to me one warm afternoon at an outdoor concert.   I made the mistake of bringing a lovely gooshy Brie and it melted. Although I love my Brie runny, it's not the best cheese for a picnic.
