Bright and detailed aromas of Bing cherry, blackberry and autumnal spices introduce this complex and intense Pinot Noir. On the palate, the wine’s juicy
mouthfeel is supported by centered acidity building with intensity through the mid-palate, with fine grain tannins on the finish.

92 points, Wine Enthusiast (Nov. 1, 2012): "...shows deeply layered raspberry, cherry, cola and mushroom flavors, with no trace of the unripeness that marred some other coastal wines from this cool vintage..."

92 points, Connoisseurs' Guide (Oct. 12): "...youthfully reserved red cherry aromas tinged by wisps of minerals, brush and hints of fruit preserves. It is fairly full in body but still on the energetic side throughout..."

90 points, Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellars (May 2012): "Deep ruby. Aromas of dark berries and cherry compote are brightened by sexy floral and Indian spice nuances. Fleshy and broad, with good depth to its black raspberry and cola flavors. A peppery note comes up with air and adds bite to a long, spicy and refreshingly bitter finish."

This is our favorite from The California Wine Club so far. Lovely for an evening glass, fruity, complex ad not too dry. Fabulous!  -20 Points out of 20
