Featured in:  Signature Series

Deep ruby violet color. Aromas of juicy and bright strawberry, raspberry and black cherry anchored by zesty pomegranate. The palate is lush, yet focused; primary notes of plummy berry ripeness are supported by soft coating tannins and bright acidity that carries the finish through. Subtle undertones of cedar box, black tea and mushroom promise further evolution as the wine ages.

  • 93 points, Connoisseurs' Guide (Feb. 14): "Showing a quick whiff of dried roses and a touch of dusty oak spice as adjuncts to energetic, still-youthful, ripe-cherry fruit in its moderately deep, very well-composed aromas, this polished, Pinot follows with similarly deep and impressively filled flavors that are concerned far more with grace than with brawn. It is a genuinely elegant wine that exhibits fine varietal purity, and, if fairly light on its feet, it is no way deficient and has the stuffing and structure to age into better."
