Dustiness, tanned leather and earthiness add complexity to the lush signature black cherry fruit. Tannins are smooth, lending backbone and a long finish.

WOW! One of my favorite CWC wines yet. It gives the Shannon Ridge Merlot a run for it's money. The color was really gorgeous, deep reby/garnet. It made me want to gaze at it brilliance and clarity. Any Gone with the Wind fan, such as myself, will be reminded of Belle Watlings Place. Seductive and lush. A real tease! LOL! The nose was heavenly. Definitely earthly with black cherry. Couldn't get this to my mouth fast enough. The taste was smooth with a hint of blueberry and a little tart cranberry flavor. Seriously, one of the best testing CWC wine EVER!! Finish was just the way I like it- LONG and lingering, just like the perfect kiss :) this one is definitely a re-prder nominee!!
