Aromas: Fragrances of cherries and red fruit. On the Palate: Red fruit and black cherry merge with a round mouthfeel and silky tannins. Notes of black tea and spice on the finish.

A big taste, complex and interesting.  Notes of berry, plum, caramel and tobacco that developed as the wine breathed.  Held up very nicely paired with bison, salad and vinaigrette.  Would have paired beautifully with chocolate had we not finished it before deserrt.
