"We believe in the adage that the wine is made in the vineyard. The grapes are grown at higher elevations and hand picked at the peak of there maturity then aged in older oak barrels. Our wine is full bodied with concentrated dark fruit flavors. It has a long finish with a little spice and chocolate. We lightly filter our wine to preserve its natural character and suggest decanting before serving." - Bill Gray, Proprietor
