Take a whiff of summer in the South of France with this lovely red wine’s fragrances of red berries and ripe plums. On the palate, it’s a parade of licorice, pepper and red fruit notes wrapped in soft tannins. Enjoy this red with almost any kind of meat or good aged cheeses.
The final blend was 60% Syrah and 40% Grenache.
