Aromas of citrus, cardamom and clove introduce flavors of Golden Delicious apple, lemon and lime. The texture of this 100% Chardonnay is rich and the finish is refreshingly tart.
Two years ago, the Bush family stopped submitting wines to competitions. “We felt the wines that won weren’t expressions of their regions,” said Winemaker Paul Bush.
Food pairings: A great choice with chicken and pork dishes with a bit of salt and garlic. Fresh peaches too!
