This Cab exudes a rich aromatic array of spice, fruit, coffee, vanilla and chocolate. The smooth, round entry is creamy, and an underlying acidity keeps the wine focused. Blackberry, cherry, cassis, and black olive flavors abound finishing with a graceful touch
of black licorice and black fruit.

93 points, Wine Enthusiast (November 2010): “A terrific Cabernet that feels lush and important in the mouth… shows that classic Napa Valley elegance of tannins, with well-ripened fruity flavors…”

90 points, Wine Spectator, Annual California Cabernet Issue (November 2010): “Bold, ripe and fleshy, intense… shows spice, wild berry, plum and blackberry fruit that’s supple, graceful and well-balanced…”

This Cab’s showing well but could be held another 10 to 15 years. A mere 275 cases were made.

This wine was recently featured in The California Wine Club's wine of the month club.
