Tasting Notes: The tannins are smooth and the wine well-balanced. The flavors of raspberry are joined by a hint of mint. The finish is so long, you can still taste it serveral minutes afterwards.
Pairs with game such as quail, pheasant and meats such as lamb, veal, prime rib make a perfect pairing.
Final Blend: 80% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Petite Verdot.
