Tuna Tartare

Tuna Tartare

Prep Time: 30 Minutes

Yield: 10 as appetizer

Ingredients

  • ½ lb fresh Ahi Tuna, diced into ¼-inch cubes

  • ½ cup coconut milk

  • juice of 1 lime

  • 1 green onion, minced

  • dash of red pepper flakes (adjust amount depending on heat preference)

  • ¼ cup mint leaves, torn

  • ¼ cup roasted cashews, roughly chopped

  • 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced

  • micro greens (optional)

  • dash or two of oyster sauce

  • dash of salt

      

 Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients well.

  2. Adjust seasoning to taste.

  3. Spoon onto cucumber rounds and enjoy.
